Highly recommended with popcorn on a lazy July evening.

Right in the center of Midtown Manhattan, a crazed sniper holds a man hostage in a phonebooth. Keifer Sutherland is the surprise high point of the movie as the raspy voice of the shooter. Average, but gripping.
if you haven't already seen it, you should totally check out the all new bosey - it's back and with an attitude. really hilarious is their take on billy joel's "we didn't start the fire".

Yeah. Its so cool. I was one of the many disappointed souls when bosey was discontinued.
